Check your email for a copy of the ticket you submitted along with shipping instructions on how to send us your device. Be sure to check your spam folder or “updates” tab on GMAIL if it does not arrive to your inbox.

What to include when shipping your PC to us
- Laptop- charge cord and power brick, plus laptop.
- Desktop Tower- tower only, no cords.
- External hard drives- (data recovery only) power cord, and power brick if used.
- Internal Hard Drive- (data recovery only) hard drive. If drive is still installed in a device, laptop or tower, we do not need any power cords or power bricks.
