We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

We do not collect and save sensitive information offline after services are provided(such as  user account information).  The information you provide to us via encrypted (https) methods for the services we use (such as remote support or email)  is stored with service providers in encrypted, 2Fa, password protected format.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online through email and remote support software via services such as Teamviewer and Gmail, we do not store your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job during service (for example, billing, customer service or remotely accessing your PC) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers for the online services we use who store personally identifiable information (IP address, email addresses, cookies, PC information, etc) are kept in a secure (https) environment and all data passing through these services, or, any of our workstations is encrypted to protect your privacy.  Privacy policies for the services we use are posted here and here.
